Rene Flohr, alongside his wife Nicole Chipp-Flohr, owns and operates Havok Of San Diego, CA. Originally from Auburndale, FL, Rene was an active participant in various extracurricular activities during his youth, including animal welfare organizations, Scouts, band, student government, and the National Honor Society. He earned a BA Cum Laude from the University of California, Berkeley, double majoring in English and French Literature .Rene’s diverse professional background encompasses property management, retail operations, employment services, and wholesale food distribution. This extensive experience is evident in the professional and compassionate approach he and his team take when restoring clients’ properties .

His genuine dedication to helping others and serving his community is a cornerstone of his business philosophy.

The Flohrs, parents to three children, are deeply involved in numerous charitable endeavors. Their philanthropic activities include participating in Amor Ministries House Building projects, supporting Father Joe’s and Brother Benno’s Food Bank, and contributing to the San Diego Humane Society.

Rene also served as the Torrey Pines Pop Warner Board President from 2014 to 2019. Additionally, they support Olive Crest Foster Care, sponsor children through Childcare Worldwide, and Rene volunteers as a Victim’s Advocate for San Diego Trauma Intervention
